REDAS MEMBERSHIP

REDAS is one of the most important real estate organisations in
Singapore, providing a platform for the views of everyone involved
in the real estate industry.

We would like to extend an INVITATION to you to join as Members of REDAS.

REDAS Memberships are open to corporate accounts and categorized
into 4 groups. Below the types of REDAS Membership :

ORDINARY MEMBERSHIP
Any person, company or firm carrying on the business of real estate
development in Singapore may upon application be admitted as an
Ordinary member.

Any person, company, firm or real estate investment trust listed on
the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited carrying on the
business of real estate development and/ or real estate investments
in Singapore or any company which is the manager of a real estate
investment trust listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading
Limited may upon application also be admitted as an Ordinary Member.

ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP
Any person whose profession or business is related to real estate in
Singapore may upon application be admitted as an associate member.

AFFILIATE MEMBERSHIP
Any company or firm carrying on the business of real estate development
in Singapore which is a subsidiary, a holding company, another subsidiary
of the holding company, or an associated company of an ordinary member
may upon application of the ordinary member be admitted as an affiliate
member.

OVERSEAS MEMBERSHIP
Company or firm carrying on the business of real estate development
outside Singapore may upon application be admitted as an overseas
member.

We would also like to take this opportunity to thank our existing and
past members for their support over the years. REDAS will continue
to play a pivotal role in the growth and development of the real
estate industry in Singapore and we look forward to many new synergies
between our members !
